Emma Swan, otherwise known as the daughter of Prince Charming and Snow White, was created by created by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, as a principle character for the ABC series, Once Upon A Time. She exits canon from episode 1x15: 'Red-Handed,' just as she momentarily loses sight of Ruby in the woods during their search for David Nolan.
